The Russian ambassador to North Korea mentioned the possibility of using North Korean workers over the restoration of infrastructure in pro-Russian regions in eastern Ukraine.
Russia’s Ambassador to North Korea, Mazegora, said in an interview with the Russian newspaper “Izvestia” on the 18th, “North Korean workers are highly skilled, diligent and can contribute to the restoration of infrastructure.” He mentioned the possibility of using North Korean workers for restoration work such as infrastructure equipment in eastern pro-Russian controlled areas.
North Korea approved two “republics” that pro-Russian factions in eastern Ukraine have unilaterally declared independence as independent states on the 13th last week. It shows an attitude toward Russia.
Ambassador Mazegora said, “North Korea always acts according to its conscience,” praising North Korea’s decision.
